| Huge event: 3000 scouts/explorers aged under 16. Includes:- challenge with teams competing at activity bases spread around surrounding hills; fayre with activities ranging from gladiator games to craft stalls; big-crowd night-time entertainments (live artists, talent shows, comedians, disco etc). |

Conservation Weekend

| This year we will be doing our hack and burn in the Sherwood Forestry District, and staying at the recently refurbished Sherwood Lodge in Walesby Forest (see www.walesbyforest.org.uk ). On the sunday we've got three activities booked - Fencing (i.e. 'sword fighting'), Jacobs ladder (scary high-in-air team challenge)and crazy golf. As is traditional, the weekend will feature our unique style of evening entertainments! |
